Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees multi-channel acquisition programs to acquire new pet owners.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid DTC media investments and partnerships.
• Design and deliver lead‑generation campaigns and nurture workflows to improve conversions.
• Monitor KPIs (CAC, engagement, conversion) and translate insights into ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Retail, and Field Sales.
