Job summary

Virbac seeks a B2C Marketing Manager for its Customer Experience team in the US. You will shape omnichannel journeys for pet owners and orchestrate campaigns across multiple brands to drive demand and sales.

You will oversee the upgrade of Virbac's US B2C website, develop a content roadmap, and activate data across CRM and media. Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Marketing experience with emphasis on CRM and first-party data activation.
• Experience designing digital customer journeys for B2C audiences.
• Knowledge of regulated environments in pet health or pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own omnichannel experience for pet owners and drive CRM-driven campaigns.
• Lead website upgrades and content roadmap with global teams.
• Activate 1P/3P data across CRM and owned channels to personalize experiences.
• Utilize SFMC to deliver modern CRM experiences and optimize performance.
• Own social media activation and measurement plans.
