Health & Happiness Group is seeking an Associate Director of Integrated Marketing to drive growth across Zesty Paws and Solid Gold brands. You will translate business goals into connected, insight-led marketing plans and lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, ecommerce, sales, and finance teams.

Local candidates must work from the Orlando, FL office; 8+ years in growth marketing and a data-driven mindset are required to deliver measurable impact across channels and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience, with integrated marketing emphasis.
• Experience building campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of consumer journey, marketing channels, and CRM.
• Ability to quickly iterate and manage high output demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for pet brands.
• Coordinate with brand, creative, sales, ecommerce, and agencies for cohesive campaigns.
• Build and manage integrated campaign briefs.
• Measure performance against KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team.
