Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is seeking an Associate Director of Integrated Marketing to lead growth marketing across the Zesty Paws and Solid Gold brands. You will translate business and brand objectives into connected, insight-led campaigns that drive consumer engagement and revenue.

You will report to the Growth Marketing Director, manage cross-functional teams and agency partners, and champion a cohesive brand experience across channels while optimizing ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience with integrated marketing and campaigns.
• Experience across multiple consumer touchpoints and channels.
• Strong understanding of the consumer journey across brand, performance, retail, ecommerce, content, PR, social, and CRM.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement growth marketing strategies for pet brands across channels.
• Translate strategy into integrated campaigns across channels.
• Develop and manage campaign briefs.
• Collaborate with Creative, Omni Digital, Ecommerce, Retail Sales, and Brand teams.
• Drive campaign orchestration and optimize performance.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and refine plans.
• Align investment and ROI with Sales and Finance.
• Develop measurement frameworks and reporting.
• Support acquisition and retention through awareness to advocacy.
• Ensure consistent brand experience across channels.
• Manage cross-functional and agency relationships.
• Mentor the team and foster a culture of collaboration.
