Job summary

Puffy is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and team leadership. You will report directly to the CEO and shape how capital is allocated to maximize contribution margin.

The role requires building scalable decision systems, pausing/holding/scaling logic, and developing incrementality testing while expanding channels

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with ownership of large monthly budgets.
• Proven leadership experience directing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of paid media, measurement, and attribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million-dollar monthly budgets across Google and Meta with full authority over strategy and execution.
• Design and implement systems for budget guardrails, pause/scale logic, and measurement.
• Lead the performance marketing function with executive visibility and direct CEO reporting.
