Puffy, a market-leading nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and team.

You'll report directly to the CEO and work remotely, globally, with a base salary plus a monthly performance bonus of up to 20%. This role offers rapid scale and AI-first tooling as Puffy accelerates growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with multi-platform ownership.
• Experience managing $1M+/month budgets on Google and Meta.
• Proven ability to design scalable spend systems.
• Strong analytical and experimental design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid engine end to end across Google and Meta.
• Design pause/hold/scale logic and budget guardrails.
• Architect measurement systems and creative testing pipelines.
