Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to establish and scale its AI-native growth engine. You will own everything from tracking and measurement to campaign execution, experimentation, and optimization across global paid programs for complex B2B and B2G customers.

This role offers autonomy and a rare opportunity to shape Peregrine's marketing studio from the ground up. You will partner with product marketing, demand generation, and analytics teams, driving cross-functional impact

Qualifications

Direct experience owning performance marketing execution across paid search and paid social, with exposure to emerging formats.
Ability to build performance marketing systems where none existed; comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect data.
Experience designing measurement frameworks (lift tests, geo-tests, experiments) and managing attribution dashboards.

Responsibilities

Build and own Peregrine's central performance marketing function from the ground up, establishing systems, playbooks, and workflows.
Own end-to-end strategy and execution, including budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI targets.
Contribute to ad copy, creative, and landing page development with the design team.
Develop and manage the full measurement stack: events, attribution, dashboards, and experiments.
Launch and optimize global paid programs across search, social, programmatic, and emerging formats.
