Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partner to partner with the Global Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership. The role focuses on aligning people strategies, developing leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, and prioritizing high-impact solutions.

The leader will oversee a team of People Business Partners, drive organization design, and leverage data and AI tools to inform decisions and improve performance across client groups.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in Senior Business Partner roles with at least 10 years in leadership.
• Experience in a global matrix-led organization.
• HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI.
• Knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve performance.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights.
• Experience in talent management, organizational design, change management and coaching.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups and deliver People programs to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners providing effective support and consultation.
• Lead organization design and talent management strategies to align structure with business needs.
• Leverage data analytics to provide insights on talent trends and priorities.
• Promote AI-enabled ways of working and adoption across client groups.
• Advise leaders on solving complex issues in organization design and development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders at all levels.
• Coach leaders to build leadership capabilities and culture of followership.
• Partner with Senior Leaders to manage key People processes (performance, calibration, succession, compensation).
• Initiate and lead cross-functional People team projects.
