Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Florham Park, NJ seeks a Senior Director, People Business Partner to align people strategies with sales and revenue objectives. You will lead a team of People Business Partners, drive organization design, and leverage AI tools to deliver insights and improve workforce outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to manage performance, succession, and compensation planning, while fostering a culture of leadership and ethical AI use across the organization.

Qualifications

At least 12 years in a Senior Business Partner role with 10+ in leadership.
Experience in a global matrix organization.
HR certifications expected (CIPD/SHRM/HRCI).
Knowledge of HRIS Workday preferred.
Strong business judgment and strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to commercial client groups to achieve objectives.
Lead a team of People Business Partners delivering timely support.
Lead organization design and talent management to align with business needs.
Leverage data and analytics to inform priorities and actions.
