Job summary
Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives across a global, matrixed organization. You will lead a team of partners, drive organization design initiatives, and leverage data analytics to shape talent priorities and business outcomes.
You will champion AI-enabled workflows using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate analysis and leadership communications, while coaching leaders to build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in a Senior Business Partner role, with 10+ years in a Leadership role.
- Experience working in a global matrix led organization.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI.
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups, delivering People programs to achieve key commercial objectives.
- Manage a team of People Business Partners to provide effective and timely People support.
- Lead organization design and talent management strategies to align structure with changing business demands.
- Leverage data and people analytics to inform commercial and People priorities.
- Advise leaders on complex issues related to organization design, development, and change leadership.
