Qualifications

• 12+ years as Senior Business Partner with at least 10 years in a Leadership role.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• HR certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• Knowledge/experience using Workday HRIS.
• Strong business judgment and understanding of business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and employees in decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex structures.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to commercial client groups to achieve objectives.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners delivering timely support.
• Drive organization design and talent management strategies.
• Use data analytics to inform priorities and decisions.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working and adoption of Copilot in analysis and leadership communications.
• Advise Leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership.
• Support employees and leaders with People-related matters across the organization.
• Coach leaders to build leadership capabilities and culture of followership.
• Oversee year-end performance management, calibration, succession, and compensation planning.
