Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in data and analytics, seeks a Senior Director, People Business Partner to align people strategies with sales and revenue objectives. This role requires extensive leadership experience, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive organizational design and talent initiatives across a global matrix organization.

You will coach leaders, manage a team of PBP professionals, and champion AI-enabled approaches to improve productivity and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Senior Business Partner roles, with 10+ years in leadership.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• HR certifications expected (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• Knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred.
• Able to leverage AI-enabled tech to improve outcomes.
• Data-inspired with strong business judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to commercial client groups.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners delivering timely support.
• Drive organization design and talent management aligned to business needs.
• Leverage data analytics to inform people priorities and decisions.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and adoption of Copilot tools.
• Advise leaders on complex organization design and change efforts.
• Oversee key people processes such as performance management and succession planning.
• Lead cross-functional People team projects and initiatives.
