Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr.Director of Industry and Payor Strategy to join our team. This role leads industry partnerships, payor strategy, and market access, and develops multiyear plans to expand access and drive sustainable growth.

You will lead a high‑performing team and build executive relationships with manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, wholesalers, and health systems. The role oversees contracting, reimbursement, and network participation to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related field required.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor/PBM strategy, or related area.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles overseeing teams.
• Experience in contract negotiation with focus on PBM rebates or specialty contracts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy medications, REMS, and LDD best practices.
• Participation in and support of compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate industry and payor insights into recommendations on market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing industry and payor strategy team with clear accountability.
• Build organizational capability through leadership development and coaching.
• Develop and execute multiyear strategic plan with budgets and growth objectives.
• Lead executive alignment across commercial, clinical, operations, finance, and legal teams.
