Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to join our team. This leader develops multiyear strategies to expand access, strengthen networks, and drive sustainable growth in payor partnerships and LDD access.

The role leads a high-performing team and builds executive relationships across pharmaceutical manufacturers, PBMs, health plans, wholesalers, GPOs, and health systems to align strategic priorities with Lumicera’s enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation, with PBMs or rebates.
• Knowledge of REMS requirements and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) practices.
• Strong ability to build executive relationships and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating industry insights into market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team with clear accountability and budgets.
• Build organizational capability through leadership development and succession planning.
• Own multiyear industry and payor strategy plan including annual priorities and resource allocation.
• Define and lead payor strategy across health plans, PBMs, and other purchasers.
• Direct complex negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems for distribution and reimbursement.
• Develop executive-level relationships with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, health systems, and providers.
• Create differentiated payor and industry value propositions and scalable commercial offerings.
• Establish portfolio-level contracting strategy and governance including pricing and renewal priorities.
