Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to join our team. This senior leader will shape multiyear strategies for industry partnerships, payor networks, and access to specialty medications, partnering with manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, and health systems to drive growth and profitability.

The role leads a team, builds executive relationships, negotiates complex contracts, and aligns commercial, clinical, finance, and legal objectives to expand patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA/MHA/PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, industry relations, market access, payor or PBM strategy, or related.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership with oversight of teams.
• Experience in contract negotiation, especially in specialty/PBM rebates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating industry/payor insights into market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team; establish priorities, accountability, and budgets.
• Own multiyear strategic plan and annual operating priorities with measurable growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee executive relationships with manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems to expand access and reduce costs.
• Direct negotiations on distribution, network participation, and reimbursement strategies; ensure financial guardrails and contract execution.
