Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to join our team. This leader will guide industry partnerships, payor strategy, and specialty market access, building executive-level relationships with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems to expand access and grow profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop a multiyear strategic plan, and own negotiating strategies for complex agreements, ensuring alignment with Lumicera’s enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, or payor strategy.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Experience in contract negotiation and PBM rebates.
• Knowledge of LDD, REMS, and specialty meds.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level on market position, partnerships, and growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing industry and payor strategy team.
• Develop multiyear strategic plan with budgets and targets.
• Negotiate complex agreements with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems.
• Establish executive relationships and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Define payor strategy for network access and reimbursement.
• Oversee portfolio contracting strategy and profitability analyses.
