Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead strategic partnerships, payor strategy, and market access. This leader will shape multiyear plans, drive growth, and manage executive-level relationships with manufacturers, PBMs, health systems, and GPOs.

The role oversees negotiation, network participation, and contracting strategies to strengthen Lumicera’s competitive position and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• MBA, MHA, or PharmD from an accredited school preferred.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, or payor strategy.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and senior leadership on market positioning and partnerships.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team with clear accountability.
• Own multiyear strategic plan, operating priorities, budgets, and growth objectives.
• Establish executive relationships with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems.
• Direct complex negotiations for distribution, reimbursement, and service agreements.
