Qualifications

• 12+ years cross-functional market access, account management, contract negotiations, or related experience in pharma/biotech is required.
• 6+ years direct people management, with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting strategy across US payer/pbm segments.
• Coach and develop a diverse team including budgeting and resource planning.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate market insights into contracting solutions.
• Direct negotiations, interpretation, and operationalization of priority segment agreements.
• Drive improvements using technology and data to track performance and streamline processes.
• Shape CCM leadership strategy and establish best practices.
