Responsibilities

• Lead contract strategy implementation and execution for priority U.S. customer segments.
• Advise senior leadership on market access operationalization and program design.
• Refine contract language, boilerplates, and operational terms; represent CSI in negotiations.
• Oversee governance on deviations within legal guardrails and present data-driven recommendations.
• Manage rebate/fee eligibility calculations and monitor KPIs for efficiency.
• Drive process improvements using AI, analytics, and automation; mentor team members.
