Qualifications

• Experience in Payer/PBM and specialty pharmacy segments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting strategy across U.S. customer segments.
• Direct customer-facing contract negotiations and operationalization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into contracting solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and technology to track performance.
• Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and day-to-day segment operations.
• Shape organizational strategy as a CCM leadership team member.
