Job summary
Belite Bio, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Patient Services and HUB Liaison in the United States to lead the integrated HUB program with our partner and shape patient access and provider support for rare disease therapies.
You will build and oversee HUB operations, develop strategies with Market Access, Patient Support and commercial teams, manage the HUB partner, and monitor KPIs to meet performance targets while ensuring PHI compliance and rapid patient enrollment.
Qualifications
- 10 years in biotech/pharma with 5+ years in specialty pharmacy or HUB operations.
- Experience with rare diseases; retina experience preferred.
- Proven ability to launch new products in fast-growth settings.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, training and management of Belite Bio’s HUB partner.
- Develop and execute patient services and HUB strategies.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Support and commercial teams.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize HUB engagement and patient access.
- Ensure documentation and PHI compliance in HUB operations.
