Job summary

Belite Bio is seeking a Director of HCP Marketing to lead the development and execution of healthcare professional promotion, driving disease awareness and product utilization through omnichannel campaigns.

The role serves as the primary owner of HCP-facing programs, partnering with sales, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, and agencies to maximize impact and efficiency. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience developing and executing HCP-focused marketing, promotional, and engagement strategies.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, rare disease, ophthalmology, oncology, immunology or other specialty therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Experience managing agencies, cross-functional teams, and marketing budgets.
• Product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDA promotional regulations and industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of HCP strategy aligned with brand objectives and customer needs.
• Translate insights into actionable promotional plans across channels.
• Define engagement priorities, messaging strategies, and promotional tactics for HCP audiences.
• Lead the development of core promotional materials and assets.
• Ensure messaging is clinically relevant and compliant.
• Oversee agency teams to deliver high-quality content and experiences.
• Develop HCP engagement strategies for live, virtual, and hybrid events.
