We are partnering with a healthcare organization focused on improving access to specialty therapies through structured patient support programs. This role sits within a centralized services model that supports pharmaceutical manufacturers and providers by coordinating access, reimbursement, and patient onboarding across complex therapies.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day execution of patient support programs tied to specialty medications
• Partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure program performance, compliance, and service delivery
• Manage and optimize workflows across benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient onboarding
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, providers, and internal teams to improve speed to therapy
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements across patient access programs
• Support escalation management and ensure a high-quality patient and provider experience

What You Bring

• Experience working within patient support programs, HUB services, or specialty pharmacy operations
• Experience selling services to pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Background supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer programs or HUB vendors
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, prior authorization, and access workflows
• Experience in program management, operations, or service delivery leadership
• Ability to work cross-functionally with providers, pharmacies, and manufacturer stakeholders
