Job summary

Celltrion USA is seeking a Director, Patient Services to oversee ongoing management of patient services programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Patient Services, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee HUB, copay, and patient assistance programs to support access to therapies.

You will drive contract governance, supplier relationships, and data-driven program optimization while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in healthcare, business, pharmacy, nursing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HUB services, PSP operations or field reimbursement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to best-in-class patient services programs through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide program management across HUB, copay, free drug programs and agency of record.
• Support contracting: NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, BRDs and SDEA documents per guidelines.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing access barriers to therapy.
• Monitor HUB services programs and competitive landscape for improvements.
• Communicate with Field Reimbursement and Managed Care teams; support data-driven decisions.
