Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Patient Services in the United States to build and lead a comprehensive U.S. patient support organization. You will own end-to-end patient services strategy, hub operations, affordability programs, and treatment coordination in a rapidly growing biotech environment.

This role demands executive leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale processes for high-touch patient support while ensuring compliance and patient-centric outcomes.

Formación

• Progressive experience in patient services or hub operations in biotech/pharma.
• Experience scaling patient support programs for rare diseases or complex therapies.
• Strong knowledge of patient access operations including benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, case management, affordability, and reimbursement.
• Experience managing external vendors, budgets, SLAs, and performance improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate priorities into execution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the U.S. patient services strategy and launch roadmap.
• Design an integrated patient support model covering enrollment, benefits, prior authorizations, and affordability.
• Map patient journeys and optimize access and treatment initiation.
• Oversee hub operations, vendor performance, budgets, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Market Access, field reimbursement, and centers for readiness.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for risk and quality.
• Lead the team and build scalable patient services functions.
• Partner with executives providing strategic updates and risk assessments.
