Job summary

The Steely Group is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Patient Services to head our patient services organization and Amplify Assist program in Boston. You will shape strategic direction, oversee operations with HUBs, field case managers, and specialty pharmacies, and ensure access and reimbursement support across disease states.

You will lead a team of field case managers and patient service professionals, partner vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class patient experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Patient Services/Access, with leadership experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with Specialty products and rare disease preferred.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and regulatory/compliance knowledge.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent and to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient services and reimbursement support.
• Oversee Patient Services model, operation across business units, and external partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of patient service professionals, FCMs, and vendors.
• Manage patient data governance, SOPs, and program documentation for compliance.
• Establish KPIs and drive performance across the Patient Services portfolio.
