Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle or Patient Access experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams.
• Experience managing Patient Access operations across multiple service lines including ED, OB ED/Labor & Delivery, Pre-Service, Main Registration, Outpatient Services, Imaging, Behavioral Health/Psychiatric services, and Inpatient Registration.
• Experience in an acute care hospital environment.
