Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR master's with 7+ years; OR PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in biopharma patient services strategy or related fields.
• Strong strategic planning mindset and financial skills.
• Expertise in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to personal growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and operationalization of patient support programs and services.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PPS in Specialty Care product teams.
• Ensure patient services meet requirements of patients and providers; align with launch strategies.
• Create tools to enhance quality and efficiency for launch prep and brand growth.
• Monitor program launches and audit quality standards; track brand needs and trends.
• Identify and partner with vendors to support affordability and access.
