Job summary

Acumatica seeks a strategic leader to own and optimize five partner programs—VAR, ISV, OEM, Services, and Alliance—driving governance, incentives, and data-backed improvements. You will collaborate with Channel Management to align on growth, adoption and customer outcomes across the partner ecosystem.

The role requires deep experience with PRM/CRM platforms, strong financial modeling skills, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software partner programs or channel operations.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience designing VAR/ISV programs.

Responsibilities

• Own five partner programs (VAR, ISV, OEM, Services, Alliance) and govern their architecture, thresholds and incentives.
• Define program economics, margins, discounts, and payout rules and model impact before launch.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of partners and ensure compliance and data integrity across programs.
• Build analytics, data models and reporting to track partner health, revenue, and program ROI.
