Job summary

Acumatica is seeking a Technology Advisory Alliance Manager to lead day-to-day engagement strategies with independent ERP advisory firms and CPA practices. You will own relationships, deliver briefings and enablement tools, support client RFPs, and coordinate handoffs between advisors, internal sales teams, and VAR partners while maintaining advisor neutrality in fee-free collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, technology, communications, or related field preferred.
• 6–10+ years in enterprise software alliances, partner management, pre-sales engineering, or as an active ERP selection consultant.
• Demonstrated track record of success in mid-market or enterprise software solutions, ideally with cloud-based ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Advisory Firm Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with boutique ERP selection firms, independent IT advisors, and CPA advisory practices while maintaining ethics and neutrality.
• Advisor Enablement & Product Positioning: Deliver product briefings, release updates, and industry deep-dives; provide guides and evaluation criteria maps to advisory teams.
• Pipeline Collaboration & RFP Support: Orchestrate handoffs between advisors and internal sales teams; track advisor-influenced pipeline, win/loss metrics, and deal flow.
• Feedback & Ecosystem Insights: Capture feedback from selection consultants and communicate insights to Product Management and Marketing.
