Qualifications

• 10+ years of people leadership experience in partner management or similar roles.
• Experience with complex B2B solutions, preferably ERP.
• Comfortable working at the executive level with partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across major partners while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Major PAMs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives.
