Job summary

Acumatica is seeking a strategic leader to own five partner programs—VAR, ISV, OEM, Services and Alliance—driving growth, governance and data-driven decisions. You will streamline incentives, develop a unified data model and scale the ISV marketplace in a fast-moving cloud ERP context.

You will collaborate with partner management, Finance, Legal and RevOps to ensure compliant, profitable partnerships and aligned go-to-market strategies across all programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner programs, channel operations or channel management at a software company.
• Proven ownership of VAR/ISV programs and experience with ISV agreements.
• Hands-on command of PRM and CRM platforms and partner reporting.
• Ability to present program economics to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own five partner programs (VAR, ISV, OEM, Services and Alliance) end-to-end.
• Define standards, eligibility, tiers, benefits, requirements and operating standards.
• Oversee program economics, margins, discounts, incentives and MDF.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and partner data governance.
• Build automation for partner pipeline and qualification workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, RevOps and Marketing.
