Job summary

Acumatica is seeking a Director of VAR GTM & Enablement to scale payments within our SMB and lower-mid market VAR ecosystem. You will design a repeatable GTM operating model that drives activation, payments volume, and partner-sourced revenue across North America.

In this senior IC role, you will collaborate with Payments, Sales, Product, Marketing and Ops to educate partners, remove adoption barriers, and build enablement programs, certification, and tools that accelerate partner success at

Qualifications

8+ years in channel, partnerships, indirect sales, or related roles.
ERP VAR experience and channel expertise required.
Experience in SMB/lower-middle-market ERP ecosystems.
Direct Acumatica ecosystem experience preferred.
Ability to influence partner organizations without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Drive VAR activation and payment volume across NA Acumatica VAR base.
Build joint GTM with strategic VARs including business plans and QBRs.
Develop VAR enablement with certification programs and sales tools.
Optimize partner economics including tiering, incentives, MDF, and benefits.
Identify barriers to adoption and translate feedback into actionable requirements.
Represent the Payments program to partners and internal leadership.
