Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International seeks a Senior Director, Partner Operations to own the Partner Operation capability across Documentation & Testing, Client Support & Activation, and Client Finance & Insights. Lead the four-level career ladder, hire and develop talent, and set standards that empower client-facing teams.

You will align capacity with demand, safeguard service levels during organizational change, and deliver measurable outcomes through a proactive, strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Partner Operation, customer success, or similar operations.
• At least 5 years leading managers (leaders of leaders).
• Proven track record building operational capability from ground up: standards, playbooks, metrics, career ladder.
• Experience owning SLAs and managing through change or reorganization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop talent and manage performance.
• Superior communication skills and ability to present health metrics to executives.

Responsibilities

• Allocate shared capacity across Partner Operation functions based on demand.
• Maintain continuity register and service level agreements.
• Lead root-cause backlog with a documented owner and timeline.
• Collaborate with KPE team on priorities and valuable deliverables.
• Direct hiring, development, and promotion across career ladder.
• Publish standards calendars, RCA reviews, and QBR processes.
• Report capability health to executives with a single scorecard.
