Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Operations in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid, full-time role owns the end-to-end Partner Operation capability, including Documentation & Testing, Client Support & Activation, and Client Finance & Insights.

You will build the talent system, drive capability standards, and own budget, staffing, and capacity planning. The role emphasizes developing leadership, establishing playbooks and health scores, and reporting capability health

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Partner Operation, customer success, service operations, or similar.
• At least 5 years of people-leadership experience, including leaders of leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Allocate capacity across Partner Operation functions to match demand.
• Maintain continuity register, SLAs, and service safeguards.
• Lead root-cause backlog with Operations and assign owners/dates.
• Collaborate with KPE team on priorities and valuable deliverables.
• Oversee hiring, development, and promotions across the ladder.
