Job summary

Datacor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Global Partnerships to design and execute a scalable partner strategy across ERP, ESG, TA, and services. You will recruit, onboard, and govern partner motions while collaborating with regional sales teams and leadership.

Reporting to the CRO, this build role requires diplomacy, program architecture, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Global travel is expected as partnerships mature.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales management or partnerships.
• Experience spanning multiple partner motions (resale, referral, ISV, OEM).
• Proven program design, tiering, incentives and governance from scratch.
• Experience recruiting and closing global systems integrators/consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner revenue number and drive double-digit growth through partner channels.
• Design and implement a formal, tiered partner program across ERP, ESG, TA, and services.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Roll out and manage a Salesforce-based partner portal (PRM) as the system of record.
