Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned data operations leader to steer Partner Data Integrations, Operations, and Enablement teams. You will shape end-to-end data strategies, drive scalable integration frameworks, and partner with IT and SIS teams to ensure reliable go-lives across education platforms.

You will collaborate with enterprise data, product, engineering, CRM, and student success teams to standardize data formats, while mentoring multiple teams and driving data-quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading data operations, technical support, or partner/customer success teams.
• Minimum 3 years managing managers or multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Partner Data Integrations & Operations and Partner Enablement Data teams with clear duties and standards.
• Design structured case-management processes: intake, triage, escalation, SLAs, monitoring, reconciliation.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and speed resolutions.
• Own a product-oriented approach to operational work and scale improvements.
• Oversee repeatable SIS integration frameworks (Slate, Banner, Workday) reducing bespoke work.
• Senior technical advisor on partner onboarding and relaunches with IT/SIS teams.
• Build Partner Enablement Data team as a trusted SME on partner systems and data workflows.
• Collaborate with enterprise data, product, engineering, CRM, and partner teams to improve data quality and standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs on case volumes, resolution times, incidents, launches, automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner outcomes through richer data integrations and reduced workaround dependence.
• Operate autonomously using data-driven analysis and executive storytelling to drive change.
