Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior leader to own marketing analytics strategy and data governance across our marketing tech stack. You will guide data platforms, ensure reliable insights, and drive data-driven decision-making at executive levels in the United States.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advance AI-ready data foundations, and align initiatives with enterprise goals while building scalable, governed data ecosystems and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant education/experience.
10+ years of data and analytics experience in a complex financial services organization.
4+ years of people leadership experience, building and developing teams.
Experience developing and executing data strategies and influencing senior stakeholders.
Executive-level business acumen, including measuring outcomes and operations.
Experience leading Agile projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to conduct large-scale analysis using internal and external data.
Strong communication and storytelling for senior executives.
Knowledge of data architectures, databases, and analytics methods.
Understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and information governance.
Marketing/prospect data strategies across the full funnel.
Data modernization with governance and automation.
Bridge between business and engineering teams to translate needs into solutions.
Experience building governed data platforms for analytics and AI use cases.
US military service experience or related asset is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the short- and long-term strategy for marketing analytics platforms and insights delivery.
Lead scalable data and analytics solutions supporting marketing effectiveness and attribution.
Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle ensuring reliable insights for stakeholders.
Modernize data ecosystems with governance, quality, and automation improvements.
Establish and advance data governance policies and controls to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into investments.
Champion AI-ready data foundations enabling advanced analytics and personalized experiences.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with workforce plans and budgets.
Provide executive thought leadership on data and analytics trends.
Oversee strategic initiatives and Agile delivery with measurable outcomes.
Identify, assess and manage risks in data and analytics per governance requirements.
