Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a data-driven teammate experience strategist to develop analytical strategies for engagement programs and workplace initiatives. You will analyze metrics, feedback, and market trends to identify patterns and inform leadership decisions.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design innovative tools, interventions, and change management initiatives that improve engagement and strengthen culture across enterprise and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Typically five years of relevant analytics/engagement experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Working knowledge of HR technology and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to evaluate engagement programs and workplace initiatives across enterprise, regional, and market levels.
• Analyze organizational metrics, teammate feedback, and market trends to identify patterns and root causes.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design tools and interventions improving engagement and culture.
• Support large-scale Change Management initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement new engagement strategies and build stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for leadership planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate and improve teammate survey methodologies and reporting practices.
• Monitor impact of initiatives and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
