Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to define and govern change activities across its digital transformation portfolio. You will manage a small team, guide large-scale transformations, and work with senior leaders to ensure adoption and sustained impact.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training, and aligning changes with business objectives, operating across multiple functions and locations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with extensive experience in change management or an Advanced Degree with senior-level experience.
• Ten or more years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or organizational effectiveness, including leading complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the change management strategy and governance across digital transformation programs.
• Lead and develop the team of change practitioners (4 direct reports).
• Lead large-scale transformations across enterprise platforms, app consolidations, and operating model changes.
• Assess organizational impact, readiness gaps, and adoption risks with targeted action plans.
• Activate executive sponsorship and coach leaders to drive adoption and behavior change.
• Integrate change activities into delivery roadmaps and deployments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change champion networks.
• Measure adoption baselines and dashboards to guide improvements.
