RTX Corporation is seeking a Change Management Leader to shape and lead organizational change management for significant digital technology transformations. You will build an enterprise change capability and partner with Digital Technology, HR, Communications, and program teams to embed change management into planning and execution.

This remote role focuses on driving adoption, proficiency, and business outcomes across the portfolio, with a pathway to develop reusable playbooks and leadership

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in organizational change management, transformation, or organizational effectiveness, including at least five years leading complex change initiatives.
• Experience leading the people side of large-scale, multiyear digital transformations affecting multiple functions, locations, and employee populations.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports and coordinating internal teams, consultants, and implementation partners.

Responsabilités

• Define the change management strategy across the digital transformation portfolio, scalable to initiative complexity.
• Lead and develop a team of four direct reports with clear accountability and coaching.
• Direct change management for enterprise platform implementations, application consolidation, and operating model changes.
• Assess impact and readiness, identifying groups affected and adoption risks, and translating findings into action plans.
• Coach executives and managers to communicate the case for change and reinforce adoption.
• Integrate change activities into roadmaps, budgets, and deployment decisions across programs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change champion networks to improve proficiency.
• Evaluate cumulative change impacts and plan sequencing to manage capacity and fatigue.
• Establish baselines, adoption targets, and dashboards to monitor progress and barriers.
• Build reusable playbooks and sustain capability post-implementation.
