Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Manager for Digital Transformation to partner with SBU leadership and PM teams. You will drive a strategic DT roadmap, manage scope, cost and schedule, and lead cross-functional root-cause analyses across complex programs.

You will oversee KPIs, EVMS and staffing, while aligning with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and enable execution. Security regs (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG) govern the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS/Engineering with 8+ years of directly related experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience in Overall Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, PM, and SSBU Directors; act as strategic partner for digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap to streamline opportunities and manage scope, cost, and schedule performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
• Manage KPIs, financials, EVMS, and staffing; provide regular status reports and operations reviews.
• Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and create executable plans.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital and expense spending, ensuring compliance with security and infrastructure regulations (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
• Direct DT resources and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives and streamline procurement and technical solutions.
