Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee Olympic and Paralympic partnerships. You will connect strategic account leadership with day-to-day execution, guiding cross-functional teams across operations, creative, project management and finance.

You will manage multi-million-dollar programmes, drive budget forecasting, vendor coordination and guest experiences, and travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in sports marketing, experiential event management and/or corporate hospitality.
• Proven experience leading high-level corporate hospitality programmes, including past Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Extensive experience working across various technology platforms, such as guest management systems and ticketing.
• Experience managing client relationships, vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success managing large budgets, financial forecasting and complex vendor negotiations.
• Exceptional executive presence, a calm demeanour under high-pressure Games-time environments, and strong cross-functional leadership.
• Trusted relationship management.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time for client and/or property meetings for planning purposes.
• Must be available to work outside of standard business hours during major events and/or priority client projects, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be onsite for the LA28 Olympics and Paralympics Games for a minimum of 30 days.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational programmes for Olympic and Paralympic initiatives.
• Oversee tickets, accommodations, accreditation and on-site operations.
• Coordinate vendors, venues and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage multi-functional teams across operations, creative, project management and finance.
• Prepare weekly status updates and executive-ready reports.
• Travel for site visits to client headquarters and to Los Angeles.
• Attend meetings, capture key discussions and track follow-up actions.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required.
