Job summary

On Location is seeking an experienced events partnerships professional to shape the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality journey into LA28. You will create premium events, executive hosting moments, and strategic brand partnerships that connect fans, partners, and cultural leaders with the Games.

The role spans VIP gatherings, large-scale activations, and cross-functional collaboration, driving revenue, brand positioning, and premium guest experiences across global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in experiential marketing, event management, or premium activations.
• Proven record delivering high-touch, large-scale events with partners.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop premium events and hospitality experiences for corporate partners and VIP clients.
• Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, timelines, production, and onsite execution.
• Align event strategy with sales milestones and partner objectives, tracking ROI.
• Collaborate with content, PR, and creative teams to maximize impact.
