Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Director, Client Operations to plan and deliver operational functions for a dedicated client programme spanning Transport, Logistics/Fulfilment, Ticketing, IT/Infrastructure and Accommodation. You will oversee pre-Games and Games-time operations, coordinating with stakeholders and providers to ensure outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the detailed operations plan and timelines for all client programme functions.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Creative Services and Production on proposals, rate cards, requirements, costs and timelines.
• Organise events, coordinate materials, and manage office seating and equipment inventories for the programme team.
• Support development of tools to enhance client service and operational efficiency; create purchase orders and approve expenses.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and plan onsite operations with effective systems.
• Manage the programme's operational teams, approve daily schedules and handle changes.
• Contribute to training modules and the programme's operations manual for policy access.
• Plan site visits and client meetings; lead by example to ensure top service.
• Monitor budgets, reconcile operations and post-event activities.
