Flexential is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to drive technical sales execution across regions. You will partner with RVPs, translate strategy into territory plans, allocate resources, build a high-performing team, and strengthen pipeline quality.

You will maintain portfolio expertise and deliver field enablement across the Flexential portfolio. You will lead technical engagement for strategic regional opportunities, monitor market trends, and provide practical insights to senior

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• 10+ years of technology, solution engineering, technical sales or customer-facing architecture experience with leadership.
• Proven success leading Solution Engineering teams across multiple markets and partnering with regional sales.
• Ability to prioritize resources and execute across multiple RVP territories within a strategy.
• Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to outcomes, pipeline, and revenue growth.
• Broad experience across technology environments and Flexential portfolio and solutions.
• Industry involvement and credible representation with customers, partners and regional communities.
• Ability to interpret market signals and communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and enable rapid growth.
• Demonstrated urgency, judgment, accountability, collaboration, and solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across territories and events.
• Other training or experience may substitute for requirements.

• Implement operating standards within domains in line with direction and priorities.
• Accountable for Solutions Engineering performance, outcomes, pipeline impact, and sales effectiveness.
• Establish regional priorities, workforce plans, resources, and operating objectives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
• Participate in annual planning and strategic goal setting for Solutions Engineering.
• Apply discovery, qualification, design, architecture, proposal, and engagement standards.
• Lead technical engagement for strategic accounts and escalations with senior leadership as needed.
• Maintain portfolio expertise and deliver field enablement using company messaging.
• Represent Flexential at industry events and monitor priorities, competitors, trends and signals.
• Provide field intelligence and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders; execute changes.
• Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflows, tools, and handoffs.
• Perform other duties as required.
