Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant technology, solution engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing architecture experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead Solution Engineering teams across multiple markets or territories.
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect technical solutions to customer outcomes and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Solutions Engineers to align with sales priorities.
- Set regional priorities, workforce plans, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
- Lead technical engagement for strategic regional accounts and escalations.
- Maintain portfolio expertise and deliver field enablement using company messaging.
