Job summary

Volunteer State Community College is seeking a Senior Director of Enrollment Management to provide strategic leadership across recruitment, admissions, onboarding, and enrollment initiatives that advance access, persistence, and success. You will report to the Vice President for Student Affairs and collaborate across divisions to optimize the student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess a comprehensive enrollment management strategy.
• Monitor enrollment trends and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance student access and streamline enrollment processes.
• Oversee recruitment planning, outreach, admissions operations, and communications.
• Ensure admissions practices are compliant with applicable regulations.
• Foster relationships with K-12, adult education, and workforce partners to expand pipelines.
• Supervise the Registrar in administering student records and enrollment processes.
• Create data dashboards to monitor enrollment benchmarks and outcomes.
