West Kentucky Community & Technical College is seeking a Director of Enrollment to provide strategic and operational leadership for Admissions and Recruitment and to drive enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals.

The role requires analyzing data, managing the CRM and SIS, and collaborating with academic and student services partners to improve conversion and student success. On-site, 12-month term, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student personnel administration, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Three years of progressive management or supervisory experience in enrollment management, recruitment, and/or admissions.
• Experience supervising professional staff and leading teams toward measurable goals.
• Experience developing recruitment or strategic enrollment plans and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Experience analyzing enrollment data and using findings for decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of comprehensive enrollment and recruitment strategies.
• Analyze enrollment data to forecast trends and inform actions.
• Monitor the enrollment funnel and improve conversion.
• Establish KPIs and regularly evaluate performance; adjust strategies.
• Develop targeted recruitment for traditional and adult learners.
• Provide leadership for Admissions and Recruitment and supervise staff.
• Lead CRM usage to manage the enrollment pipeline and communications.
• Collaborate across departments to address barriers to enrollment.
• Build relationships with high schools, community organizations, employers, and workforce partners.
