Eastern Kentucky University is seeking an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead a comprehensive enrollment strategy across all student populations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or financial aid, including at least three years supervising professional staff at the director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and multi-year new student targets across multiple populations; translate plans into weekly execution with owners and present funnel performance.
• Direct undergraduate and graduate admissions operations with territory design and staffing; build enrollment growth trajectories with academic and regional partners.
• Direct financial aid strategy, including institutional aid leveraging and packaging philosophy; ensure compliance with Title IV and state aid programs.
• Direct the Welcome Center and campus visit operations; manage events with measurable attribution to applications and matriculation.
• Serve as enrollment CRM business owner; define metrics, data governance, and cross-functional requirements with Enrollment Systems and Marketing.
